about 2 inches. Ride quality is pretty good with them and there is not much sag if any when I fully load the bed up with shooting and camping gear.

Here is a couple more from Richland Rd. I decided not to take the Taco as I haven't done much offroading and it is stock; however, I rode with a friend in a group of Land Cruisers. We ran into a group of 5 guys that ran off the trail and got stuck the night before in their F250, they ended up sleeping in the truck overnight. It was a rainy night and fairly cold, they were walking out the trail as we were driving in the next morning; good reminder to never go with only one vehicle! Luckily one of the guys in our group had some good training on recovery and he was able to get them back on the trail.

Was Brown Mountain fun? I think I'm going to check it out on my way back from Blowing Rock tomorrow.

Yeah, it was pretty good but I am a newbie to this, you may think it is a little tame. There are really only 2 trails open to 4x4s the rest are for dirt bikes and ATVs. I went with a lifted Land Cruiser and lifted 4Runner, they didn't have any problems. I didn't have any problems but did get a couple good bumps on the frame coming down over some rocks; most of which probably could have been avoided with a little more care. There is a deep "V" at the top you have to straddle or else you may risks some body damage if you slip down in it.

Sounds good, I'm lifted with skids and sliders so no problems. An easy trail is perfect. Thanks.

I did a little morning trip up to Concrete, WA yesterday and headed up to Lake Shannon.

Goal was to make it past Lake Shannon then go around Baker Lake. Well the trail was blocked off by rocks about 4 miles in, had to turn around and head out. I didn't have enough time to come at it from the other side. That will be another day's adventure.

I've meant to get up there at some point. Did you just go up the west side on baker lake road?

I was unable to get the rear to lock when on a steep incline, but the Atrac just pulled the truck through like it was nothing..i was amazed.

I went up on the East side, goal to come back down the West. Everything I've read about this specific trail is it's easier to head up on Baker Lake Road (West) then head down on the East. If you're heading up there, or any other trails for that matter, let me know. Two tacos are better than one.

Followed by a few trails farther South, this was from Snow Flat Road (didn't camp here, just stopped for the cave overlook):

We also hit the Moki Dugway, but the lighting was terrible so I didn't take any pics.
