    Lately I have been waking up 15-20 minutes before my get-up time. Then usually just get up, since taking 5-10 minutes to fall back asleep just to get jarred awake is worse. :censored:

    I get up at 3:45 when I work days, woke up at 6:15 today... it is an extra 2+ hrs but still... growing up I never understood how my dad could sleep "late" and get up at 7am, now it all makes sense...
