    Scuff = sand it down.

    EZ Liner = spray bomb version of Linex / infinitely less expensive / available at CT

    I was merely suggesting because of the red cap on a white truck.

    I was thinking about bringing it back to a white cap. First I wanna find a way to which I can get it sitting at its proper width. It's a little too narrow on the sides

    I think it may be easier to find another one on kijiji if you can. From what I saw on that one, its going to need a lot of work to fit.

    Ya that was an option. Maybe hold out on one that's already white and fits well. Only paid 100 bucks for it so no real loss

    100%. if you keep an eye out you can find some deals. it will be super easy for you since white is the colour of every fleet vehicle. Shouldn't be too bad. A nice aluminum one with the rack already on would be bomb

    Keep your eye out then haha. I know they can go for 800+ but I'd like to spend less than that

    I think someone had sent me a couple for around the $500 mark. Definitely will keep my eye out.

    Ranger cap will sit on the bed fine, but there is a large gap at the front of the bed that has to be filled with like a 3/4" foam, and the cap is narrower then the tacoma bed towards the back. Lastly, the lift gate does not make contact with the tailgate and has to be extended with some rubber or something. I've been there and done that... never got it water tight and was a bit of a pain.... my advice would be to go with a tacoma specific cap and save a lot of hassles, especially if you want it water tight. May have some pics lying around of my old cap if reference is needed.

    You've done more work for me in the last 15 min then atone at my work today haha. That second one may actually work I'll shoot him an email tonight. The first two may not work depending on the width
