Oh, man, thanks for that @Fla2smoker, I'll just forward this on to my guy. I've been asking him what the pricing would be for the Premium to be able to weigh the cost/benefit. This makes it clear.

Just for comparison, I'm being quoted $36,250 MSRP for TRDOR DCSB MT Tech.

    Good luck!
I am looking for the same truck (7545 DC OR MT with Premium and Tech) in Cement.... Going to be a while is my best guess. Still no allocations for the southeast for that particular combination...

Yeah, mine is in Cement and allocated for the Northwest (Seattle). So it's almost the exact truck I'm looking for...almost. Just sent him that info to see if he can add to the allocation as the build date isn't for another week 11/21.

I'm looking for a similar truck - 7545 DC OR 6MT, Prem/Tech in quicksand.. My local dealers won't order yet. A dealer 2hrs away is the only one that would talk about ordering, and couldn't give me an exact price. They looked up another truck that was already allocated and got the MSRP, told me they'd do '$1k over invoice', which ended up being $1800 off MSRP for this particular truck. I am hoping to get the price a little lower since I'm in no rush.

That is my wife's first choice and my second. I am also in no hurry, so when the price is right and the vehicle is available then I will buy. Definitely not paying MSRP or anything close to it.

I'll post up a pick of the quote I got with my deposit to order after work today. It's basically no discount except free heavy duty floor mats Lol.
37,300. But it' being built now and I'll have a full vin# soon not just the temp they use for orders.
TRD O/R. Quad cab, short bed, v6 , auto, Cement. Most other dealers I spoke with couldn' order it at the time that I put a deposit on this one. They just wanted a deposit on ones they already loaded up with extras.

Tow package , wireless charging, all the new safety stuff like adaptive cruise ECT, those are all standard on that model now anyway so I don' need all the extras that most dealers by me want to add.

I've loved the cement color ever since I had my 88' Camry painted that color many years ago Lol. Looks badass with lots of black contrasts.

The stealerships around here like to add tape prinstripes, window tint and a sunshield for $1k lol....
I keep telling them that the 70's are over but then again the demographic here in Southwest Florida probably does like pinstripes....

Ha ha Lol:rofl: yup same s#@! They pull around here all the time.
They insist on loading them up with every option there is and asking well over 40k!
Most wanted a deposit without a list of the trucks options or even a promise not to overdo it.

I like living in Charlotte,NC. The MSRP on my 2017 TRD Off Road was 38,545 and I got it for 33,200 and they gave me 1800.00 above KBB Mint condition on my trade. After tags, title etc...I paid 36,743.69! I’m completely happy with my truck and don’t regret waiting for the 2018’s. I AM going to have leather seats put in. I plan on keeping this one for a while.

Im sure if I waited 6 months I could have got a better discount but Ive been without a vehicle while I save for over a year and am sick of driving my gfs toyota Matrix with pink seat covers Lol.
6-8k markup for a 3 inch body lift and wheel tire combo is the norm in this area I hate it.

I thought about buying far away but decided it's too hard for me to get the time off work and if I didn' get exactly what I wanted I'd probably regret it since I'm keeping this truck till the wheels rot off .
But California is not the best place to buy a car. I hear of better deals in almost every other state it seems.

I am debating whether to get the tech package or not - I really only want it for the color coded bumpers. I don't see the need for the back up sensors if you have a back up camera - I guess for only $770 more - its worth it for me to get the matching rear bumper...

Anyone know what can and can't be added to an allocated vehicle pre-build? Have been told I can add things like floor mats or steps, but how about full packages like Premium or Tech?

Allocated means how it is being built from the factory (Packages), options can be added at the port and by the dealership. So Packages cannot be added after it has been allocated.

I don' see why you couldn't add those packages. Seems to me like the same as deleating them like I did.
