Cheapest I've found the Res on Amazon is around 70 bucks but it comes with the pump. My pump is fine just need the Res. Does anyone know if anyone sells just the Res for less than 70 shipped?

if you were closer. I'd say you could have mine. I bought one of Amazon that relocates to under the hood. I want to say it came with the pump and was roughly $30

I might do the pvc one... Weird thing I'm worried about is I cross into Canada a lot and I'm worried they might look at it funny and think it's a smuggling compartment or something.

It doesn't fit in the factory location.

but it fits pretty perfectly under the hood. I can take pics tomorrow. Had to bend one of the abs module brackets out of the way though

I did one out of a 90's Chevy. Very similar but even cheaper from a scrap yard.

Yeah, it doesn't fit in the outside of the fender well where the original does (behind the front bumper) but it does fit perfectly under the hood on the inside of the passenger fender. My truck didn't have ABS so I literally just bolted it in.

The connector won't fit if your truck has the fluid level sensor or whatever for the warning light.

Just a heads up - I found a non cold climate spec windshield washer reservoir stock on a 1997 Tacoma SR5 5 Lug. I believe they came standard on 5-lugs. It's directly bolt on to 6-lugs even if you have the cold-climate spec reservoirs. The bolt holes are there and tapped already - I mounted my PA horn where this reservoir would usually go. I'm selling it if anyone is interested.

This is basically the same one i have and where it bolts up. I'll still get pics of it tomorrow and how i had to modify the abs bracket. No level sensor but same connector. I cut the wires for the level sensor and heat shrunk the ends to prevent corrosion.

Yeah heard you need to do some modifying if you have the ABS actuator. Otherwise it's all bolt up since nothing is in that area.

Just reroute the wiring and cut the sprayer hose a little shorter
