Seeing all this talk of hook grip I had to try it today. I tried the method you mentioned above to "lock it" in and was able to pull 455 today at 163bw for a PR with it. Also just switched from conventional stance to sumo last week and my lower back has been feeling alot better Currently weighing in at 163 at 5'11 and struggling like hell to gain weight

I hate the tight ass fucking pants where when you sit down your junk gets crushed and the pant legs rise 4” above your leg. Also hurts your knees after leg day because they put pressure on your patellas. Maybe for dudes with bird legs they be aight.

Well I mean if you're 210 lbs, don't wear pants for a 13 year old boy. They make athletic-fit pants for men who do legs. You don't have to go buy pants that make you look like you time-traveled from 1984.

Ha yes and no, I knew a few guys I worked with that wore stuff like that. They did dress the best in the office by far. Head to toe looked good every day. They were also pencil necks lol. If I'm wearing it buying any leather footwear, it's cowboy boots lol.
