Next time I'll try to get 8 in before 10:00 and eventually (hopefully) I can build up to 10 w/breaks. I had no idea how slow I've become! Need to gain increase speed & endurance incase somebody tries to ride my bike into the pool.

Today we had a nice little date with Nicole.

We did 5x3 weighted push ups, I maxed out at 101.25 :D finally got to use the
1 1/4lb plate. Then we did Nicole:

20 mins of as many rounds as possible
    400m run
as many pull ups as possible

I got 8 rounds with 41 strict pullups.

Instead of taking the day completely off, I had a mini-workout. 100 sit-ups. Not much at all, but better than nothing.

Around 6 minutes I guess. Didn't bother timing since it wasn't much.

EDIT: Ok, on second thought, that sounds like way too long. I did 4 sets of 25 at an easy pace with about 20 seconds rest in between.

Don't know about anyone else, but whenever I take a day or two off, I get excited to get back into it! Mondays are always the most exciting since I take Sat and Sun off.

I've been excited to get back into it, but then 2 minutes in it hurts like hell and I know if I'd have done something over the time off it wouldn't hurt as badly.

I went to a CF gym for 4 months last year.
Then, had to move to the other side of town.
    I really miss it!

I am an active guy (bike, hike, run etc.), but have never been a gym rat.
Being in the gym bored me to tears.
CrossFit always challenged me and NEVER bored me.

If you are in Chandler, AZ go to Crossfit Forever Strong - it's the best, wish I did not live 20 miles away.

Well.... I'm in Phoenix now - near 40th St. and Baseline.
So Chandler is kinda out of the question.
I am inspired though - gonna do a search for something near me.

Here's a link to do the search: http://www.crossfit.com/cf-affiliates/

On the left under the initial menu you'll see Affiliates and a list of states. Click on AZ and there you go!

Try getting in touch w/ Ben or Trish at Scottsdale Healthcare Crossfit (www.shccrossfit.com). Its a pretty basic gym, but they do a really great job. I was going there for a few months. Really great group of people.
If you go, tell them I said hi!!! :)
