Also for '00 and earlier, newer has inner race that sets out on one side. Watch for that, I think Lowrange has a kit with the ABS tone ring included too ( they're easy to bugger up)

i doubt it does unless it is a 4cyl ? but yes you could.

just running the build code for my '97 V6, 3.90 and 4.10 were the only gear options. Building a 4cyl with 5spd or Auto does show 4.56 gear with E-locker

gimme the same numbers off your Runner, see what pops.

ECGS also has the Axle bearing kits, looks to be a little cheaper than Lowrange, and local, you could go get it save on shipping.

Trying to paint now, just stuff keeps getting in the way. Mine going to be very mellow. About 2.5" lift 27" Maxxis bighorns, going to make mine a very clean drivable one. (other than welding the rear) have 4:78 gears for it (crazy just hair smaller gear than my Taco with 315's)

Can anyone recommend a good dealership for service in the Raleigh area? I've been to Fred Anderson and I wasn't a fan, and I am a little apprehensive about Leith.

I've had good luck so far with Leith.
