pulling power!! 03 taco with a boat

hey guys i just wanted to tell this to u all on here i have a 03 taco with a v6 5 speed 4x4 trd sr5 package an sted side bed. i pull a crownline 195ss boat with it an man do i get looked at on the boat ramp. The big cumming an powerstroke trucks set back an lol at me. Till i pull my boat up the ramp hill an out of the water like its nothin!! I do have a up graded clutch from advance so it aint that much of a up grade lol but better then stock. my boat weigh is 3640lbs with no gas are gear so am goin to say about 3900lbs are more with gas an gear an water in it from swimming all day an stuff. I just wanted to tell u guy this story I lol at them diesel guys with them mouth droped. But only if they knew i was in 4lo lmao but boy let me tell ya she cum's out of that water like nothin in the world. hell i raced a cumming be4 an just say taco won buy alot!!! with bot the same boat an trailer on the back of them.

well it's obvious that people buy more than what they need it fo.. those cummins are most likely overkill for pulling the same boat, just like how people by large 4x4 SUVs for driving to the mall...

Thats the lake that me and my family have been going to for years. By far probably my most favorite lake. The little BBQ shack on RT. 801 is awsome. What ramp do you put in at?

 

i like the marina ramp are the twin nobs i tryed to put pics up on here but aint working

haha. I love these last laugh stories about the "little" Tacos that could. I don't even put mine in 4lo or put the locker on or anything granted I have a second gen and a little bit smaller boat but you can manipulate the brake and gas to make a nice and smooth recovery. Just use the brake like a clutch almost.

 

Is that the ramp in the camp ground, its right acrost from the Scott Creek Marina?
