I throw all those to the wind love extra chesse on everything mayo is my friend, dont drink much soda and any meat i can get i eat and cant gain shit..... only beer gives me weight. in the wrong spots....

 

I'm sick of hearing this. Tell that to thin man Michael Phelps. Home boy eats tons of pasta and high protein and burns 8000cal a day. Good food makes you crave less and feel better but bad food is still calories.

 

I think the only one on my list is that dude that sold the fancy beer openers. Anytime that guy posted something it hurt my head just seeing it...

Ya but no one here has the same physical demands that Michael phelps does. In trying to lose weight, diet definitely is a far bigger factor than exercise. Obviously you need to do both, but if you're eating shit food all the time and not doing enough exercise to offset the caloric intake you aren't losing shit.

So... why would people keep saying that diet is more important than exercise? Exercise is just harder to do for lazy fucks. People want to do starvation diets because working out is hard

 

Don't have to have a "starvation diet" eating properly alone will absolutely help lose weight. It's like trying to gain a six pack with workouts alone. You can do it sure but it'll take way longer than if you supplement with good eating. It all starts with proper eating
