    One can be both stylish and workout; it's not exclusive to pencil necks.

    'Fit' means your pants aren't too long/short or wide/skinny. If you follow those guidelines you'll be comfortable when you sit and your pants will actually look like they were made for your body.

    2 doz eggs, 8 chicken breasts, 8 cups of rice, 6 potatoes, a head of lettuce, 4 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers, 2lbs of ground beef, 16 oz nuts, 5lb tub of cottage cheese...

    Pretty much is what we go through a day.
