Saved up and made a few right choices.. Choosing to buy a tacoma instead of leasing some random crap or a BMW/MBZ/Infiniti... I chose to rather invest in a truck that can haul the same amount of people as any other car and do much more!

When I was in my early 20's I had saved up a lot of cash and bought a c55 amg with only 24k miles on it. My buddy at the same time bought a used '04 tacoma with 80k miles on it. When I traded in my c55 in 7 years later it was worth only 8k trade in (with only 80k miles) while my buddy's tacoma was worth the same amount he bought it for but with 160k miles on it. I decided to never buy another german unless its a collectible M-car or 190E.

Leasing a car that makes it look like you're living outside your means is super uncool. You made the right choice.

 

Thanks.. I mean, I wouldn't ever buy a German/Brititsh/Italian car to begin with... Simply because I dont wanna have to deal with the extremely expensive parts/labor when things break down. I definitely am glad I did buy my Tacoma
