Don't know - what's the vendor rating ?? nj is on TW so if his stuff is NG it will be all over TW and he'd be done - sure he wouldn't want that.

They use the Koyo bearings. They have a few different listings for different prices but its all by the same person. Each listing has sold 20 or so with 99.2% positive feedback. Im not trying to dispute anyones workmanship/part usage/ or cost. I am just trying to figure out the best parts for the price.

Alrighty, well that settles it. I will now never get any auto part off of ebay. This is exactly why I threw this up on here is to weigh all of the options. I usually dont get auto parts off of ebay so I dont know why I was expecting this to be any different. @nj636 youll probably be getting some of my business soon. I trust vendors on TW more than sites from Hong Kong.. Shoulda done this from the get-go.

I am not pushing my work either, I stay plenty busy. I am looking out for my fellow TW’rs, that is why I started putting the hubs together in the first place.

I believe the price I sell these assemblies at with the parts I use is quite fair. I sell quality not quantity. Just for reference, A Timken bearing from the local parts store is $110-120.

These ebay units are built with the cheapest, poorest quality bearings that are so poorly made any real parts store would be embarrassed to sell.

If you want to put their “warranty” to the test for us go for it, I would be surprised if you even got a response.

They stole all of those reviews from another seller too, look at the sellers name.

my shop has installed many dorman products, and heres what i can tell you. we have installed about every dorman product thats available and i have not run into any problems yet. are they the best? absolutley not, but for the money i think their great. its a great faactory replacement. i always go for the best on my truck, brands like moog or even from the toyota dealer, but everyones budget is different so i understand. but if i was in your position, dorman would be my next pick. i wouldnt think twice about it. as long as you dont have 35 inch mud tires with a 6 inch lift and off roading a lot the dormans will last you a long time

Thanks for the advise. Just a hair shy of three inch on the lift and running BFG KO2 265/75/16s so no need for a high dollar item. Probably will have the truck for another 2 years so Im sure the dormans will last alot longer than that. Would like to not spend more than $150 for the complete assembly, but may go for $179 if its a TW vendor.

My buddy used one and it has been fine for about a year. Id say go for it. They seem to hold up fine

I work at a Toyota dealership, I would spend the money with our fellow member. He'll stand behind his work and his experience with handling the bearings etc is well worth it.

I got one from this guy. Uses Koyo bearings/ Site says 175.00 right now. Mine failed in 2013 (I have a 2007 tacoma) and I found this company on the tacomaworld site. I have about 60K miles on it now as I have been taking long trips out west each year and it has held up fine.

I put the Dorman unit on mine. I just Googled the part# and bought it from the 1st vendor that had it in stock. I think it was around $80.

I have the Ebay fully assembled hubs. They’re awesome! Have about 20k on them and no issues at all. Seems like one quality to me.

Anything is better than what Toyota installed. I got 80k before the right failed. I replaced both from ebay....I am at 260k and some change right now....no issues.
