    alot still need done
    I suggested ome cause I went with the kyb shocks for my front and they didn't hold up. But I drive on washboard gravel roads every day so that could be the reason why

    By the way the the KYB (Tekonsha) struts are hit and miss, they last for some and others it is a year or two. The NAPA struts are also made by the same factory, Tekonsha, and are likely not much different.

    I knew I would get solid info from you guys, thanks. How about fuel filters? Toyota $51, from O'Rielly's-Microgard (house brand) $19, Wix- $25 or AC Delco at $31.

    Sliders, rear bumper, front skid, lifted
    My OEM one wasn't changed until I did it at 18XK miles. While it really should have been changed LONG ago, it never gave me any problems. I am sure an aftermarket will do fine, but knowing how well the OEM held up, I went with a new OEM when I changed mine. With that said, lots of people have no issues with aftermarkets.

    Looks like I have some decisions to make and some work to do. I watched a video on changing the filter and it mentioned discharging the electrical system, this is neccessary?

    Uhh, I guess you could unhook the battery, computer would probably enjoy a reset after any possible performance altering maintenance anyway. I guess both times (head gasket and rebuild) I have changed mine it was discharged.

    Found the bad bearing in the rear dif... elocker swap could never be this much fun. Any recommendations on a bearing set for an 8"? I think oe Toyota are timken and I'm planning on a timken set.
