My head hurts after trying to comprehend what you type...I don’t claim to be a pimp. I’m actually married.

Thanks for the fashion advice though. You’re a classy individual. Love the hostility. Glad to know that what footwear I purchase determines my level of dipshittiness.

I’m just glad a dumb, uneducated dipshit like myself was able to comprehend what you were trying to say.

I usually cook for 7 days, but I always end up stressed and sweating by the end of it lol. I’m not a fan of cooking.

While y'all were on here bitchin about shoes I decided to go lift some fucking weights. Trying to make my deadlift not shit so I just went heavy and stopped before failing so I could ride the PR high all the way home to cheetos and beer.

Warmup sets for 5 from 135 - 275x3, 315x3 (that was a PR for me), 315x1 just for the hell of it, felt good and said fuck it and hit 325x1, then doubled-down on the fucks and hit 335x1. I love the feeling of hitting something big for the first time but not feeling completely drained knowing I have more and stopping there. Learned that the hard way last year on 5/3/1 when I took everything to failure and was constantly dead inside.

And to opine on this office fashion argument: Lucky brand stretch athletic fit jeans 34x32 (pants should NOT bunch up on your shit), 6 different H&M no iron shirts in rotation, monochrome black Chuck's. If I need to dress up I rock some matte tan Steve Madden oxfords. Spice it up with this budget-ass stretchy blazer I got at like TJ Maxx or some shit or just a real nice fucking sweater over the H&M's.

    I'm a simple man.

How big are you again? Our numbers are close to identical except for squat but I haven’t been squatting habitually up until recently

6' 1" @ ~210. Eating all the food and drinking all the whiskey and beer. I've made some pretty good progress this year with lifts given that I was injured for nearly three months and didn't bench for six. This month is my two year anniversary of powerlifting so I'm expecting the gain train to derail at any moment but loving the ride while it lasts.

Damn. I’m 6’1 173. Kinda eaten like shit and not nearly enough for 2-3 years of actually lifting but I’m actively trying to put on weight now. I wanna be about 190-195 at the same body fat % I am now

I did the Wendler diet for most of this year because it was simple as shit. Meat, bag of steamed veggies, maybe a carb or something if I had room. Fucked around with Keto but hated it and love beer. I traded seeing abs for building abs but don't really have a gut as much as I give myself shit about it. I've been meal prepping for about 5 years and that's been my saving grace to keep me from cashing all my good boi points in and suckin down tendies with honey mustard all day.

I feel ya. You gonna be in Nashville over thanksgiving weekend? I was going to take the break off but maybe we can meet up at your gym and have a little friendly competition deadlift day.

I'll reckon they both have them tailored...but agreed with your moral

I do every one of these things. Some more than others. But my spare room and garage are my gym.

Amuse me, what music was this guy jamming to?
