I used the new cleaner you sent me, it just seems that with the light gray no matter what you use it doesn't get everything off. Nice stuff though, but nothing seems to get off like any stuff in the creases if you have them. Might eventually buy a new set in all Dark Gray

Anyone happen to know the price of factory installed actual leather seats? I would’ve ordered them with my new ‘18 Sport but it seems you also have to buy the JBL and moonroof package, two items I don’t give two shits about having on/in my vehicle.

I still think the only leather available is on the Pro and Limited. I think they just offered black in Limited for the first time for the 2018. I wish they had a leather option when I bought my Sport. I had owned a few Fords and, at least through 2014, I could get leather on nearly any F150 I had built. Now nearly all manufacturers only offer leather options on higher end trucks which bites. I can say that after 20 months of use my Clazzios look just as good as any factory leather and at a fraction of the price. For the price of a Pro or Limited you can add leather and all the other added features to your Sport for a fraction of the price. You will be thousands ahead. Even if you do the full Katzkin upgrade.

No JBL last year was and this is the upgrade for any TRD. They definately offer this for any car, but you normally have to order it, which of course negates how much you can negotiate.
    $ 2100 | $ 2360

Can't even do that on an SR5 which is what I wanted. Plus since it was already on their lot, I could negotiate for close to invoice. Way cheaper to just do this for me (heated seat covers) and put in my own suspension. Still had enough money to get a cap, different wheels, and have around 500 left for sliders and that is only discussing the cap. The price difference between SR5 and TRD also leaves me with front/rear bumpers and I'm still saving money.

You don't get leather on anything except the Pro and Limited. The $2200 tech pkg gives JBL, climate control and heated seats but not leather. There are no other leather options for Tacoma from the factory.

Leather is now avail on the 2018 Sport and OR if you get the Premium and Technology Package.

Just going by 2016 and 2017. They aren't showing build options on the Toyota site yet. It's about time. I guess they got tired of servicing all the trucks with Clazzio covers. Cloth seats are worthless in my world.

That 17 price I quoted was for the non jbl package with leather seats, there was a different price for JBL without leather. I know it could be done because my coworker has a non jbl with leather seats.

Earlier in this thread someone stated, “ you can’t even tell the difference between factory and aftermarket leather..” Or something to that effect. Well, au contrair. You sure AF can.

Looks like still not available on the access cabs. For the $275 I spent on Clazzios I am extremely happy. They look just as good as my Nissan Maxima with factory leather. Maybe a little better because of the black vs tan. Just don't have the leather door trim to go with it. Mine are as tight as a glove and in nearly 2 years people still cannot believe they are covers.

Please ask your coworker which 2017 Tacoma model he was quoted with leather. As previously posted only the 2016/17 Limited & 2017 Pro can be had with leather from the factory.

As previously posted, with price, you could of gotten the tech package without JBL for 2.5k which includes leather for the TRD offroad or sport

Negative, for the 2017 model year leather can not be had from the factory for the TRD OffRoad/Sport. Only the Limited and TRD Pro can be had with leather seats.

Man you are totally right. I called him, they were Katskin seats that the dealership installed for him. He couldn't remember exactly, said it was about $1500, which is on top of the tech package he got which came with heaters on the fabric seats.

Also, his wifes 4runner is an offroad and has leather, but it is a synthetic called softex

That would be a big DUH. At least some of us know of what we speak. So much for the argument of the HUGE difference in appearance between after market and factory installed.

Every1 who's seen mine think they are factory leather seats. All are impressed when learning they are not. Best mod next to say an ARB bumper heh.

sortof stock. 6112/5160, pro wheels and a tune.
how well do the upper covers fit the seat? Do they contour the bolsters pretty well? I have clazzio covers on my 2011 and the upper didnt fit really right. The lower the good.

Also, I havent seen any photos of the grey color, or does most everyone get black? (my last ones were black also)

Thanks, I won't! Just thinking of a way to heat 'em up. Looking forward in getting 'em. Tracking the delivery from FedEx. Just like tracking Santa's journey from the North Pole!
