I knew you could do that, but I keep it on the "lock" setting so it doesn't rotate. Easier to keep it vertical.

Got around to doing some things today. I greased UCA bushings, installed the bed stiffeners. Had to loosen the shell bolts and pry up a little to get the top bolts in and had to cut my CB antenna mount a little but other than that they went in pretty easy. Also for the harbor freight haters, their tow strap is good for some uses lmao. This pigme palm was a major blind spot and people hall ass on my street, so for safetys concern it had to go. Oh, and my 2wd mall crawler pulled it out easily.

Got some new Uniballs & removal tool a couple months ago. I got about 45k on the originals and they got some play. I was a little nervous doing this even though I watched the YouTube video 20 times. Took me less than 3 hrs total and that was cleaning & lubing everything. The hardest part was getting the pin out of the spindle and then getting it to line up to get it in ( new unis very tight ). Also when you press the new one in it has to be lined up perfect or you have to repeat the process. The tool makes life easy but you need to use a breaker bar & BFW.

So I run the UCA stick on caps and my OCD kicks in and I have to pop them off to take a look every 6mnths or so. After doing this numerous times and having to order the $12 stickers every 2 times then cleaning up the big ass mess the icon stickers leave, I decided there has to be a better way. I got some HD 2way gorilla tape and made my own. This takes maybe 15 mins to cut the pieces.

I did a 2week test. I also pressure washed the truck during this time. I made sure to get the UCAs good. My results are perfect. The tape sticks way better than the icon crap. I had a hard time getting them off. The double bonus, that there was no condensation and the stickers peeled right off leaving nothing behind.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Had these brake lines sitting on my work bench for about 3 months. @Airdog helped me put them in. Pretty straight forward except for the upper mounting bracket needed to be grinded down to get the new line through. Noticed a little firmer pedal.
