    I sent myself 2 of my "cellared" beers to my friends house in NC for us to drink. They should arrive tomorrow haha. Didn't want to risk them breaking in my luggage or them losing my luggage

    I swear, a month ago I hated the taste of IPAs, now I can't stop experimenting. The human mind is so freaking crazy and interesting. Ha ha. It's really cool because I had pretty much exhausted most everything cool and new in the sour and wheat beer world. Now everything is new and exciting.


    This one is the first IPA I have had and enjoyed that is absent a strong fruit taste. Still prefer the citrus notes, but this is certainly enjoyable.

    Southern Tier Cinnamon Roll - Ehh, I love cinnamon rolls, and have had a couple of really good beers with hints of cinnamon. This was not one of them. Talk about overpowering! It was like drinking a mouthful of ground cinnamon powder... Nope!

    Evil Twin Even More JCS - Finally an Evil Twin brew that lives up to the hype in my eyes! So rich, so creamy, perfect mix of coffee bitter and vanilla sweetness. Too bad it was $6.99 a pint!

    Evil Twin/Prairie Collab Even More Bible Belt - May have been really good, if I hadn’t just had the Even More JCS before this. Not nearly as sweet, but still a pretty good stout... But probably won’t be paying $6.99 a pint for this while the JCS is available.

    My thoughts are.... I fucking love this beer and I always have. Nice bitterness upfront full of malty love and brown sugar notes throughout. This is the beer drinkers version of sugar plums dancing in my mouth
