I have used Motorcraft's FL-910S ($3.97 at Walmart) on my wife's '03 Highlander for many years and over 200k miles, using it now on my '09 DCSB. It has the same bypass pressure (14.5 psi) and filtration rating (35 µm) as the OEM filter. The seal ID is 2.40", OD is 2.75"--fit's well. It does have an anti-drainback valve.

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
You can also run the FL-400s, it's a little longer similar to the YZZD3 Toyota filter and has the same bypass setting. I run the 400 on my truck as it allows me to dump an even 6 quarts in every change.

FL1A will also fit. I use the equivalent in Purolaror - pbl30001. Good for 15k but I change my oil at 10k; super tough casing.
