Here the KML file for a western route from SA area. import this into Google Earth and it should be a good starting route that we can build off of.

Will work on getting all the routes imported to GE, this way I can see how they do or don’t overlay each other.

This is a link to the guide I followed, if you have questions or need help just ask; I’ll be happy to help!

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...ance-bumper-installation-step-by-step.324195/

It’s not difficult at all but mounting the bumper is definitely a two-person job. Once you get the bumper on, if you need to trim a bit more, it’s pretty easy. You can just loosen up the bolts to let the bumper tilt and trim as needed. Trimming the flares was super easy, just mount them after you verify your bedside cuts are good and get at them with a dreamer tool. Getting the bumper into position was the tricky part for me. I couldn’t come up with a method to do it on my own and ended up drafting my wife to help me lift it in. I’ll be happy to help if you need an extra set of hands

Edit: I can’t remember what Pelfreybilt recommends but I made my cuts right at 16 3/4” and it came out good. You’ll want to use a laser, especially around the fenders. Like I said at C&C, that bulge is deceiving. I also wanted to cut slowly and smoothly so I used a 4” diamond disc on an angle grinder, it worked like a dream - worth the $9.

Also, if you break some clips on the fender flares, I have 82 extra orange ones. You can have as many as you need.

2nd Edit: if any of you need some of the body clips that hold on the fenders, I bought a pack of 100 before I installed my bumper, I have plenty of extras!

Well to me that sounds like a small get together so we can get them installed. I would be willing to help out when the time comes.

I put Pelfreybilt sliders on mine. The bolt-ons. Much easier to install if you have help. I ended up doing the driver's side solo, with the help of a couple jackstands. Driver's side is definitely the harder of the two because of the brake line. Unscrew the relay box and there's a clip that's screwed in towards the front. Take that out too so you can move the brake line enough to drill the hole. It's best if you can secure the line in position while drilling.

    Morning all

I had a benefits officer break it down for me before I bought my home. You should really consider talking to a rep at the VA before purchasing, might change your mind.
