Good job, not worth the risk for $200 and 3 hours of you time.

Ya... I really should have changed them a while ago. Inner tie rod ends and Whiteline LCA bushings just got ordered as well.

I wanted to color-match my mirrors, then I realized my auto vent shades are covering a little of the black triangular piece for the mount. Can I take off the mirror body and leave the other part attached to the door. What about the power supply? Do y'all think it would look funky for the mirror to be " two-tone"?

    Oh... I know.

The waterpump is on the list. I totally agree. But the truck doesn't use coolant, and the gauge is right in the center.

Lower ball joints and tie rods at a quarter million miles, to me, is priority.

A lot of them are standard form factors. I have a Midland 101Z? I think in my ashtray. You just need to cut the back of it to make it flush with the trim.

Except for the fact that most of the entire truck started life as a quad cab f250! I always thought those things were ridiculous might as well just buy a suburban. As for what I did to my first gen today, well I bought a new cv axle from advance to replace my passenger side one that's spewing grease everywhere.

Bilstein 4600's are pretty good. I have them on my non-lifted truck.

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Cut it flush and take it out after you have more to grab when the tube is off.
