Thats not my pic. It’s from Smitty’s original post and he removed the factory Overload leaf. I was asking him a question regarding Superbumps plate...

He got a perma ban for "complaining" too much about the 3rd gen I believe.

Well that's annoying. One can just use the ignore feature. How is anyone supposed to PM the guy?

Well, I helped him a bit on the write-up. He took some of the contents from our PM's and some photos I provided from our messages and did this very informative tutorial post. There are plenty of people on here who can still help with suspension questions.
Smitty was always "alright" with me. Never had issues with him.

    Too many to list...
Had to put up a quick thank you to those that contributed to this thread... helped convince me to go the 6112/5160 route and help with install. Wasn’t a bad job at all as others have stated, just took time. I also replaced the needle bearing with the ecgs bushing which wasnt overly difficult (and I hadn’t pulled a cv axle before, just had a friend who had on other vehicles). Actually made my own removal tool and worked like a charm first try... Slightly odd but not super concerning is I have a slight pulsing vibration noticeable at right around 60mph while on the gas. I did not install the carrier spacers that HS included with the kit... if the vibe continues I may give that a try. I did install medium weight Dakars and got just about 3” in the rear so maybe the driveline angle is slightly too far off now. I plan on monitoring to see if it changes.

So far I’m very happy with the whole setup. Feels planted, firm on road, much better than stock through everyday conditions in my opinion. Heading to WV mountains this weekend and hoping to get a little off-road in to test more. It’s only been 2 days...

For those curious, here are the initial numbers right after install:
    FD: 20.25” to 23.0”
    FP: 20.5” to 23.5”
    RD: 20.75” to 23.5”
    RP: 21.0” to 23.5”
All measured hub center to edge of fender well.

Short version: 6112 in front set at 5/4 with factory uca, 5160 rear with Dakar medium duty leaf packs. Net between 2.5-3” lift which should settle to right around 2.5”
Had alignment done yesterday and all #s landed within factory spec.
Hope this info helps someone else.

Thanks for the info bud. I'm pulling the trigger on the same setup, sans ECGS, come tax return time. Do you have anything in/on the bed? I want medium duty Dakars and don't want more than an inch or so but I have am ARE topper and a wooden DIY drawer system. Otherwise I think it'd get dicey towing my pop up camper. I'm planning on leaving the 6112s at the first notch for the same reason.

How dare you not add pics to this post lol

A bit amazed how you achieved 3" of lift in the front on 5/4 setting....I got 1.5" of lift in mine and about to change it to the 6/5 setting.

I measured ground to fender and I'm 37.125 in the front and 38.5 in the rear, that's with a 33"

Just the stuff listed in my signature on the bed: voodoo low-rise bars with rockymounts ski and bike racks over the factory tonneau, and a mobtown tailgate plate (great if carrying motorcycles by the way). Also have mobtown sliders installed which adds some weight, but that's fairly centered under the cab.

I know, pics coming as soon as I can... work's been nuts, was too tired to try in the dark after the install.
I got a little less than 3" up front average and the lean is evened out (measurements are approximate). I have no added weight in the front either. TRD wheels are 17" and tires are 265/70/17 KO2s
I purposely went 5/4 in case I wanted a change and I didn't really want to max them out until I knew how they felt/performed for myself. I had also read from others that they were getting consistently more lift than bilstein specs with these. Worked out perfectly.

Never heard of anyone getting that much lift out of those settings. Crazy

What are yall's prons/cons of each of these?
