I've actually never done fresh sliced, just the pickled ones. Wondering if fresh sliced would be better.

Sausage, onion, anchovy, and jalapeno is a great combo.

Sliced is better, imo, cause I dont like the tastw of pickling juice from jar jalapeno's.

little caesars used to make a soft pretzel crust pizza and it had nacho cheese on it for $6 (I think they raised it to $7 a few months later) this pic was from 2014 and I think it has been at least 2 years since I had one cuz they quit making em and I remember just leaving the drive thru the day I went there to order one and got the bad news

The skillet one was pretty greasy but that's not always a bad thing.

Not sure but here it is :)

    3.5 cups bread flour
    1 teaspoon sugar
    1 envelope instant dry yeast
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 1/2 cups water, 110 degrees F
    2 tablespoons olive oil

Mix it all up and proof it for at least an hour. Makes two pies.
