I know it from my Jeep days. I had a set of DOM sliders on it and came down HARD on them. hardly a dent. Just a comfort factor having DOM there

Too many choices...and the Black Friday deals too good to not take advantage of. I think I've narrowed it down to either Mobtown or BAMF. They are within $50 of each other shipped for my 17' DC LB. I haven't seen any of these in person so trying to make decisions off pics. Not into rock-crawling, just some overland/hunting outings. Not sure I need the kick-out and thinking of 0 degree so they can be more useful as a step(?) I don't want them to stick far out, which is another reason for thinking I don't want the kick-out. Not sure...???????

Mobtown. They're the only true 100% bolt on design with the way their bottom clamp boxes in the frame. It's crazy strong.

Leaning that way. Now....kick-out or not and what degree. Wish I could see these in person.

They only make them at 20° (at least forgot their sale) because changing angle adds over an hit per set of sliders, and that adds up.

If you plan on wheeling, then I'd go with kickout because it's handy. Otherwise, it doesn't really matter.

I know pics don't always do it justice, but here's my 20° with a kickout.

Took my shrockwork sliders off my 2015 and added them to 2017. Fits like a glove after the guy there told me they wouldn't fit

I'm in the same boat, either Mobtown or BAMF. I like the Mobtown design better but I can't find anything indicating they are/will have Black Friday deals, and BAMF has 25% off

I just put my mobtown on 2 weeks ago! Complete bolt on, no drilling. Installation was relatively easy, did it by myself with a jack and two jack stands. The 20° angle is pefect! They've already saved my doors from 5 dings...I have the marks on the sliders to prove it, lol!

Also I chose to paint them with spray on bed liner vs having them powder coated.

I highly recommend my Mobtown sliders. Did 20 degree, kickout, bolt on. Have had many people comment on how strong the bolt ons look! I always recommend them

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
I was the first to do that on production sliders and it's been on our LB sliders sense 2011

I'm happy with my Mobtown. I went cheap with plain HREW. I figured meh, save a few bucks at the sake of expo cred, I don't intend to push this truck as hard as my previous. I can vouch that the mount is pretty solid, it's kind of a PITA to take them on and off because of the snug fit and the frame boxing bracketology.

I like my CBI with kickout and 0 degrees for the wife, haven't done any serious runs yet, but the kickouts definitely helped in a tight spot or two. As others have mentioned there are several good sets you can get.

are you guys opting for powdercoating or painting them yourself? i'm torn between the two. Also does anyone have pics of CBI with kickout that's not at 0 degree?
