    I replaced the valve cover seals no more oil leaking :bananadance: and it runs smooth but if I hook up the manual boost it doesn’t run as good and the lean gremlins come back

    I guess they do custom gaskets up to .120 thick, which would put me at 8.5:1 roughly. Perfect, because I really don't want to blow the engine.

    Now let's get back to those PCV vacuum hoses on the valve cover. Do you have them uncapped like I mentioned earlier, or routed back to OEM spec?

    Haha I was hoping someone caught that. So, Gato lost a family member about 6 months ago. A very tragic loss and they closed up for a bit. The the hurricanes, and then another family problem. Found out a few days ago that they are back in shop as of this week and my manifold will be done next week.

    Now, I will be still trying out LCEs manifold, but my final form will be level 9000 now with the twin scroll manifold, twin gates, and the 7670 EFR

    Afrs are alot more stable now, fuel trims a little wonky but not as bad; i wonder if it had a little leak when i tuned it and no that it has no leak that may be throwing the fuel trims for a loop, also it may take a few miles for the trims to get used to not having a leak

    LCE's manifold is a cnc log style. Single scroll and I believe an Internally gated Turbo. All very well and good for maybe 400hp, but I want to see almost double that.

    Good. Only vapour coming out now?

    For the time being, you could rig up a gatoraid catch can. Tee those ports together, and run it through the cap of the bottle, near the bottom of the bottle. Have another hose coming out of the cap, which only extends a couple inches down into the bottle.

    Cheap, ugly, but proof of concept until you can get something nicer going, or routing change.

    Such as one hose pre turbo inlet, and a filter breather on the other port. As an idea.

    Hey guys need some help!

    Trying to adjust my valves but having trouble finding tdc. I have the dots on back of cam gear aligned but the crank pulle Mark isn' near the 0 mark on timing. It' more like 3 o clock...if I try to put the Mark at zero the dots never line up.

    You tuned around a problem earlier. Had to have a leak, unless your current lack of a gasket is leaking. A spray test at the MAF sensor will inform you it is leaking. If it isn't, the your tune needs to be adjusted a little, as you've cleaned up your operating deficiencies.

    I'd imagine they are all supposed to line up, when cylinder one is at TDC?

    I have a gasket now, red locktite ftw, everything seated good and snug so i dont i have a leak any more; you are saying that i should have immediately seen an improvement in fuel trims though?
