    Found the Claas tractor on sale at Toys "R" Us, for almost $60 below MSRP!

    So, by the time I'm done with this, the Ferrari F40 should be here!

    Nice find! The way they designed the steering mechanism is neat. Think of it as a gearbox with no gears.

    If I'm looking at it right, that will be the actuator for the rear accessory (logging arm). You have it oriented correctly in your pic. Or were you referring to a specific part rather than the assembly?

    Edit: what you have appears correct per the instructions

    It was bent downward, but I fixed it.

    This is where I am right now...

    My bad if that’s the case, saw it from a distance and thought he said it was a Pro. As my wife likes to say about me, “often wrong and never in doubt...”

    In fact some one was, my 15 year old was teaching my 12 year old and one of his buddies. Trust me, fairly atypical. More often than not they just punch each other.

    @Sear87

    I was having a lot of trouble getting the battery-operated motor to fit. I tore the entire front half of the chassis down and plan on rebuilding when I get home work tonight.

    Did you encounter any problems? The gray rod didn't poke all the way through the gray gear, and the motor didn't fit.

    I don't recall having any issues with this kit, but it's been a while since I built it and haven't torn it down yet.

    Are you referring to this area?

    Did everything turn out similar to that pic? It's a 5L axle running from the motor, through the gear and two supports, into a dark grey coupling. Kind of a tight area, might want to double check that all of the supports are in their proper location.

    I took it all apart. The gear was where that little sliver of gray rod was...

    Forgive me, but I guess I don't quite follow without a picture or something for more context. I can probably tear into mine a bit more after work if that'd help. Best I can say for now is pay close attention to specific part locations in the instructions. The way Lego prints them can sometimes mess you up if you don't give it more than a glance. More than once I've ended up back-tracking a ways because I had something only a hole or two off.

    The matte black finish threw me off a bit. I thought the SR5 came with regular alloys.

    Well, this realtor has a truck and wants everybody to know it!

    Only reason he didn't get an access cab is probably because he needs to drive clients around to look at houses.
