You seem to be more familiar with this than I am. Sounds like shore leave has been treating you well.

 

I put my stock intake back on but strip one of bolts that was suppose to go on the engine block. is it going to be okay driving. bolt is the one that screws to the intake to the block, right by the mad sensor, but the one in the back the bolt is in so it should be okay right???

 

haha i have the same situation, i only have one bolt on it.

 

whew okay I thought I was the only one and I can't get the stripped bolt out, uuuugggghhhhh, well as long as I can drive with one I hope that is good

 

Guys, I need a good detailer for my truck. Needing a good wash, buff, polish, wax, the works. I don't need like expensive show car detail work, but definitely want someone who is somewhat competent and decently priced. Recommendations?

 

@GSPRunner could probably get you into one of their shops. The best of the best, but likely not the cheapest.

 

I have faith that more will open. If not, there's fun to be had off of Brooks. With my ride share club thing my gas will be free and you season pass is already paid for. No reason not to go. Any snowboarding is better than no snowboarding.

 

Tempus detailing on 5th and Seneca are good dudes. Not cheap but they do good work.

I'll be shreddin' the mountians this season. I'm only an hour from Crystal so that's my preferred mtn, but hell ill go all the way to Baker for fresh powder.

We need a TW snowboard meet up.

I have a seasons pass at Stevens and with my plans this winter I didn't think I'd make it to Crystal 3 times so opted out of the add-on. I rode Crystal every weekend for a couple seasons and kinda got burnt out on it and the people there. Maybe one or two visits would be exciting.

 

Oh yeah I agree, Crystal in moderation. When I was a youngin we would go to Crystal almost every weekend, my parents were instructors so i was there a lot, but they all skied.

Then after college I was introduced to Baker and Stevens and god damn... it opened my eyes to the differences. I could ride baker all day every day.

It's basically an all day venture so ill drive anywhere to snowboard. I have 2 weeks off from work and the end of December too, so lets get some ridin in then.

They ended up opening Skyline till 2, and Hogsback. So 4 lifts open!

 

I figured that would happen. I imagine they'll have the whole front side opened before long. I don't typically spend much time there, but again, way better than nothing.

Everyone probably hates us. I'll stop snow posting in this thread.

 

Agreed on Baker, but I can't stand the crowds at Stevens and their horrendous parking situation. IMO Crystal's terrain is equal to Stevens, at least since Northway opened, but to each their own
