I think that it is. It is in a blue bottle. Just spray that stuff on liberally and let it sit for a few. Agitate with a nylon brush as needed. Depending on how dirtry the rest of the carpet/seats are you might want to do more so you don't have a 'clean spot'.

After that, blot dry with a dry cloth and then I scrub with a damp rag, rinse, repeat. Then dry blot it again. Once everything is clean and dry, hit the interior with the 3M. Stains come right off after.
