    Check your local discount tire, big o, or whatever tire shop. I'm sure they've installed plenty of them and could possibly have one laying around. Might take a few phone calls and maybe a little drive, but I'd be willing to bet someone down there has one laying around.

    Good luck. Make sure they work on the correct one. Maybe tape a no trespassing sign around the one that isnt suppose to be cut into. I have a strong dislike for the Phoenix VAMC.
