    Precisely!

4x4 "go" does not equal 4x4 "stop"!

Budget temporary “snorkel” mod. Keeps the air intake slightly higher than the stock fender location. Shamelessly copied from @Sub-Zero until he got all fancy schmancy and installed a real snorkel.

Did you just pop it out of the fender and rest it in the engine bay?

We look at the gap between the bed and cab. I know there is some movement but that looks like a good bit.

Main battery sounded a little weak during engine starting. Might be due to the cold snap. Doing an overnight “reconditioning” battery charge with C-Tek battery charger.

The C-Tek charger also has a special mode for sealed Optima Batteries. I charged my Yellow Optima yesterday.

Truck electrical is now good to go.

And secured it with a zip tie.

Edit: The forward facing intake gets plenty of air through the open grill. No warm air is snagged from the radiator.

Ugh fuck me just finished installing the t case skid. What a bear and not totally stoked on this re route just yet. Got a little grinding left on the ass of a weld. Didn’t realize at the time when the weld went smack dab in the middle of the reroute it might not be clear the skid as well. Also didn’t realize cross member was kinda or mostly supporting T case. Things got a little sketch. See y’all Saturday

Crap. What about beating on the rerouted tubing with a BFH to get it to clear the skid?

My truck's radio, for whatever reason it may be, worked better today on the drive to work than it ever has. I'm taking it as a good omen for the weekend, now just have to power through 9 hours of work and I'll be on my way out to PA!

    ...not done yet!
Easy 1 hour win last night installing sway bar relocation kit and diff drop kit. Did notice a squeak from my fan belt that's less than a year old. Always another thing to fix. More beer/wrench time tonight.
