    I mean, a gift card can come across as unthoughtful but.. when i bought my house, my realtor gave me a $500 HD gift card and I was like wtf... used all of it in 2 trips the first week. was so thankful lol.

    Our house is a 30 year old prefab, thankfully its on a foundation so the value has gone up tremendously here in CA over the past 8 months, but we had to rip the kitchen clean out to sanitize and clean out rat fecies because a cheapo plumber from whenever decided to bash a whole in the sub floor to add a conduit and didnt patch the hole that leads to, you guess it, the ground, and what likes to crawl on the ground in the dark away from danger...your right again...rats.
