Awesome, thank you both for the help. If trans oil cooler doesn’t matter and the 4X4 V6 5 speed took one with a core height of 20 3/4” then the 221-3136 is my radiator. That Rock Auto price is about $30 less than the Denso on Amazon. I’ll have to check them out.

    Thanks again!

I just took the truck for a beer run. Idk if its all in my head but the truck rides awesome after changing out the body mount bushings. Can someone else confirm im not crazy. These Energy bushings are great and easy/fast install.

Ditto. Mine rides like a ton of bricks, and it rattles like crazy. I've always wondered if the body bushings would make a difference.

will do. mine are absolutely toast so i expect a difference. the only one that really makes noise is the very front one on passenger side.

I added ES body mount bushing this spring.

Very easy job, took a little more than an hour, but I didn't notice much of any difference. :notsure:

I need to change both motor mounts & the tranny mount. Is tha just a whole other beast compared to cab mounts? I've seen the video on the tranny mount. It helps tremendously if you have a vehicle lift. Then he used a "deadman" to raise the tranny up just enough to replace the mount. But the motor mounts are what I'm worried about. A local shop wants $450 to do the job! No thanks! I do have 260k on the clock

Looking for a parts Tacoma to buy for an engine swap and came across this one with 604,188 MILES! It a 2.4l Manual 5-lug. There's a guy on here with 998,000 but thought it was neat to see one.

    Screen Shot 2017-11-17 at 2.28.18 PM.jpg

Just looking at the mileage of these trucks never ceases to amaze me.

Okay trying to figure out my gear ratio, because I don't trust the VIN gear code. I spun my tire 20 times and the driveshaft rotated 41 times. 41/20 is 2.05, which doesn't make sense. If I multiply 2.05 by two I get 4.10. Does that mean I have 4.10 in my truck?

Conversely I only spun the tire 10 times and the driveshaft spun 21.5 times. 21.5 x 2 is 43. Divided by 2 is 4.30.

    I honestly have no idea.

My gear code is B07A which apparently is 4.30.

I’m not seeing that 50% off Best Buy car audio anywhere. Where did you hear about that?

Something is wrong. If you spun the tire 10 times and counted 21.5 driveshaft rotations, then when you spun it 20 times you should have got 43 DS rotations right?

I think you need to go count again.

I repeated the 10 rotations of the driveshaft on the other tire and got the same number, 21.5 - which would make my gear ratio 4.30 agreeing with the B07A gear code on my truck. I'll go spin it 20 times this time.

If it really is 4.30, then my 4.10 front diff will definitely not work.

I counted it again this time spinning 20 times. I got 43.
