I broke an HF impact socket I'd had for more than 10 years. They gave me another one at the store.

I have a very strong belief in using them when called for, and that they be accurate when used. I had a dead-weight calibration stand I made years ago, gave it to my grandson once I had established the HF digital thingy clamped in a vise was as accurate--and a heck of a lot easier to use...

It also has a couple of completely ineffective magnets, and two keyhole slots. It it very bright, uses 4 AAA batteries...

What he said. Buy a bottle of jack oil and top it off and bleed the system before first use. Only negative reviews I read was that over time it doesn't lift as effective, but adding oil and bleeding negates that.

The destructions with it go over the procedure, but it's easy. The cylinder which does all the pumping and holds the fluid has a fill hole on top. Take out that bolt and fill with oil if required to have oil right below the top of the cylinder inside. Then pump your handle several times, refilling with oil as required. Replace bolt. Done

Neat trick, if you put the short end in your draw tie instead of the long end, with the 'T' facing up, you now have a roof rack extender too!

A check out lady at harbour freight told me how to use multiple 20% off coupons. Use different phone numbers. At our local store, they dont care. Buy one item, give phone number 1, use 20% off , pay. Put second item on counter, give diff phone number, use 20% coupon, pay... repeat. Might not work if your local store employees are biatchy. but, works here :)

I am fortunate here, there's a biker bar about 1/3rd mile from HF--so I buy at HF, ride to have a beer or two, then back to HF...

I downloaded the HF app on my phone. Has tons of coupons, that are normally scattered on different sites.

I gor the Led light switch for free. I will be attachung it to my trucks cap roof. I dont have a bed light, so it will work perfect.

My local HF o my hires idiots. I was buying a new welding mask and a few assorted things the other night. The mask was the most expensive thing at $35. When he entered the 20% coupon, it only took $1 off the price, not $7 (20% of $35 is $7). When I asked him what it took off the % from he told me that "I was killing him with the coupons". I don't shop at HF for the superior quality, you will at least give me your advertised discounts.

HF's "Vulcan" brand welders and accessories are not eligible for the 20% discount--it's in the very fine print disclaimer on the coupon...
