Can you not have the premium with the sunroof in a Sport DCSB in manual? I only want the premium for the sunroof.

I built mine (DCSB 4x4 6MT) and it has no packages available for super white. I'm not buying until spring, so I'm sure it will change by then.

Leather and a moonroof would be nice, but that's all I really care about. Not having them isn't a deal breaker. There's Clazzio for the "leather" and I won't lose sleep over no moonroof. Some of the accessories (tonneau cover, bed mat, bed lights, etc) I thought about just buying separately to keep my payments low.

Are you guys noticing that the Sport and OR are not the same price anymore? I’m showing 1200ish more for the OR now.

In my area (S.E. TN) same price....

    Sport - $35,480
    Off Road - $35,480

    That's for a DCSB 4x4 6MT with no packages/accessories.

I'm betting but haven't confirmed that the sport likely has a lower starting price for the base build but if you build them identically that they'll price out the same. I'm too lazy to confirm.

So I understand that the builder on the Toyota website shows you what’s available in your region — not necessarily what’s exactly possible. It seems this is because they only show you what’s being allocated to your area... so then what defines your area? Also, how does one find the “local” dealer that is getting something you built online and want to buy? Do you have to go through the website and give them your info so a dealer can call you?

I'm not sure why but it will not let me build a TRD OR manual in quicksand unless I get the tech pkg. WTF!

    I'm in Vermont/Boston region.

The Toyota website will only let you build combinations that are allocated to be delivered to a dealership within a radius of your zip code. My guess is that it probably leads to more sales and less allocation requests. Unsuspecting people will just say “oh its only available this way” and go buy the combo that is available at the dealership. Kind of disingenuous if you ask me. To prove it type in 78006 for a zip. This will allow you to build most combos because they are built in San Antonio.

Why in the world is homelink only offered in limited and TRD Pro? So this thing can go anywhere in the world, the jungle, arctic circle and volcanoes (straight from their advertising) but I can't get into my own garage in my driveway? My first new truck in 2001 (17 years ago) had this and it didn't even have leather or a touch screen radio/nav. Homelink should be standard on just about everything these days.
