    As to what you want in a cap....
    side windows with screens are nice, but if you don't have dogs back there - to what end? I am finding the screened side windows are only useful for -almost- seeing other cars when changing lanes.
    Windoors would allow you to reach in mid-bed to get stuff, push/pull long stuff.
    Solid sides would leave you pretty blind when merging.
    A cap pretty much will mean you have to climb up & crawl in to secure anything in the bed - every time, twice (once in, once out).
    I'm more sold on tonneau, but caps have their purpose & it's easy to resell one. LOL, I'm on my second cap having owned the truck but a few months. Bought one, didn't like it, sold it, saw a deal on C'list & decided I needed one after all & here I am.
    IMO: Definitely get one, try it for a month or 3, don't worry about the color too much. (but maybe you should hold on to your cover for a couple of months while you feel it out....)
