Good morning folks. Realized yesterday that Thursday is the observed holiday, that means I'm off Wednesday. So, for the small price of 20 hr annual leave, I'll be off for 9 days...I'll take that!

Nothing seen this morning 'cept the mini-woof I bumped on the way in at 5:30.
Got a bit Sporty in the tree this morning with some 30 mph winds.
Got some errands to do and if I get caught up, back out for a couple hours this afternoon.

It amazes me how many corporate Vice Presidents that I deal with. Like the guy who’s in charge of keeping the bathrooms stocked AKA the VP of Industrial Hygiene Procurement and Acquisitions.

Just got back from Atlanta, haven't been there for three years and I didn't think they could get any more traffic up there, but boy was I wrong. At least the 400 doesn't have tolls anymore and that saves a little time when there is no traffic. So happy to be back home... Don't know why people are so angry up there when everyone is stuck in bumper to bumper traffic and no one is going any where...
Not a fan of that place for sure....

Can you get a second opinion?

Yes, breathing tubes suck! After my surgery I woke up in SSICU tied you down, can't talk and I wanted the F%$&@ING tube out of me! Started banging my hands on the side of the bed. Didn't work! They removed it when they were damn good and ready. All good now.

    Yep, listen to your Doctor.
The hospital I work at is also named St. Mary's:thumbsup:

    Good Wisconsin brew?

That'll do it especially if you add some bacon and throw some cheese on the eggs.

We got 4# in the freezer! That's going to last a long while. Still like my bacon but I'm not going to eat it like I used to!:D

It's hard to follow the pergola, but the bridge is done, installed and time to move on. The emergency gate can now be accessed.

I can't do my leave plan, the others in the office don't get Friday off like I thought so I'll go ahead and work the 3 days next week. Wednesday they'll probably call for a short day so, if I'm not engaged in something important and time consuming, I'll take the short.day.
