Working on my truck right now, gathering parts and trying to get the engine running. Its kind of hard working on the truck when I live in LA and the truck is in San Diego. Hopefully I can decipher where the oil leak is coming from and get it back to LA asap for body work.

So far it doesn't seem like its nothing to major. I should be up and back on the road soon.

Thank god for tax refund. Spending money for me to fix the truck but no goodies for me in a while...

I lost control of my truck at the very end coming up to the main road out of coral canyon and went down a ditch and barely rolled my truck to the side.

Wifey did not take it too well. I've got plenty of ass to kiss because I'll be spending more money fixing the truck. Now I might have to buy something for her to cool her calm...... Damn more money to spend....

Well, when flowers, candy & the famous " It's my fault & I'm sorry." Don't do the trick then a Valium & a 6 pack will more than cool her jets or it'll turn her into a stumbling ,yelling she creature that nothing will stop short of getting your ass away from her for awhile..... I dunno.....:eek::eek:

So, truck carnage aside Vitang, how do you rate Corral Canyon as opposed to what you've been on in your neck of the woods ??

Coral Canyon was fun. I liked the fact that it had a forest feel to it. The only other place that I've been to up here in LA is Cleghorn. The fire pass at Cleghorn is a nice and easy trail, the bypasses can get really gnarly and crazy though, much worse than Coral Canyon.

I've never been to Cleghorn but have heard good/bad things (no different than any place else I guess ) When you get your truck back together & things mellow out for ya, come back down & hit us up , Corral has about half dozen trails & they're rated from easy (normal 2 wheel drive truck or prerunner) up to double black diamond "Holy shit I'm not going thru that !" Bronco Peak Connector (rock crawlers from all over the state & then some, luv this truck eating MoFo' ).......:D:eek::D:eek:
