What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Did a couple things. Did the hood struts upgrade. The Hondo radio knobs and phone mount. Home made Oversized mud flaps to fit the bushwhacker flares. A big thank you to @Hautian for the great sale of the Hondo stuff...

 

Very Nice rig, how do you like the cab rack? Much noise?

 

Sweet looking ride. I put the redline struts on my Fusion. They should come stock like that.

Just thought i'd share my $0.02. I was chasing what i thought was a suspension rattle. Turned out one of my front skid plate mount bolts had come a turn loose and the skid plate was rattling in between the bolt and frame.

I have almost no noise with it. If I have the sun roof open that’s a different story but with it shut I can almost never hear it. When I do hear something it’s usually because it’s super windy out.

 

Been considering one but hate wind noise. Any drilling or use existing holes. Thanks

 

Used all existing holes. Only thing I drilled were holes through the weather stripping to have a cleaner install.

Got her to Ganahl lumber for a pallet of wood! Getting ready for a cold weekend in Grand Canyon.

 

I ordered a set of sliders from them in early August and was told they would ship within a week. Took nearly two months and several phone calls, the gal was super nice but said they have had a hell of a time keeping staffed since the move.

 

Why does your plate look like it was chewed on by a dog?

I have a love/hate relationship with TW. I haven’t bought a Tacoma yet, been looking at TW for a few months now just looking for ideas for next year when I plan on buying one. I’ve got a list so damn long I’ll have to work a lot of OT to pay for it all! Thanks guys
