A friend of mine keeps telling me to get one of those, they are fun

 

This thing is fun! What I like about the Honda is its a 5 seater with a dumpbed. 2 seats pull up out of the bed floor if needed for passengers. And it has front & rear lockers.

 

Anyone looking for a bakflip? I bought one for my 2017 TRD OR SHORT BED. It is 2 months old roughly. I want to buy an overland cap but need to make this disappear first.

That folding rear seat setup is cool, but I can see them getting nasty if they don't seal at all.

 

What do you have planned for bump stops?

I’m probably going to get some cheap sheet metal and fab up some quick and easy brackets to hold the stock bumps in place. Until I can afford the nice toys and get some king or icon bumps

No, a customer. I will build another one for mine when I am not so busy.

 

did you take pictures of the measurements for trimming the front? And/or keep pieces that you kept from trimming the front?

 

I had Wits End Fabrications over in Hanover do all the trimming. I don’t remember exactly how much they ended up trimming but they cut some off and then folded some back so it’s 2.5 inches higher. Oh and they got the pinch weld completely flat too.

Having those rear seats would definitely be cool. Neat how Honda did that. The 4 seater mules are basically car-sized. I like the short wheelbase for woods operations.

 

That thing looks like it would be a crap ton of fun.

 

I'm having a blast with it here in the mountains. Put this thing in low gear and lock the diffs and it crawls up & over everything.

 

Pretty much unstoppable. Where's the intake on it? The mule has it incorporated in the roll bar so it's essentially the highest part of the vehicle. Curious if Honda did the same. I imagine they did.

 

No its high up under the hood.
