    Pretty good got the tie downs on front and the rear hitch/tie down on yesterday before the drywall class. I have to do the battery tender socket when it gets here. I picked up some steel and alum on Friday to make the over head light bar and lower tool box shelf on the roll bar. With luck I will paint the grader today the weather and the heat lights were not cooperating had to buy a new 500 watt klieg as my old one died still need to tear into it and see if it is repairable. Mainly have lighting to figure out and such. These things are essentially dark from the sides, headlights are useless with the front loader on, the rear they only have low rear flashers nothing front or sides. I will be really close to the road mowing/plowing and these red necks for the most part are ass holes no one coming the other way they still won't move over a little if I am mowing near the road. I will put up some pics later after I see what I get done. :}

    Yeah it has one ... I told the salesman it needed another I have a half acre to mow it takes two beers ..lol He laughed but I think he believed me :}
    It came with a little console and a 12 volt accessory outlet in it for what I have no idea unless you want a magnetic mount over head flasher.. If you do well hope you wear a bump cap as I have seen them come off on rough terrain lol.

    Couple of lights on the bar canted out like 20 degrees forward. Two facing rear.
    One on each side of the frame mid tractor pointed out to the side with a 20 foot aim to the ground should get you setup.
    I know someone that put lights on the loader arms. He did lots of stuff loading hay etc and the lights on the arms follow the load.

    I will toss some pictures of the lights up later too . I have a small bar to aim to the front, above that will be a regular construction vehicle white / amber flash bar . To the each side high will be 1 flood , low mid 6 inch white / amber flash. To the rear two floods and one flood under the tool box rack so I can see the 3pt at night if I have to fool with it for some reason, 2 each 6 inch white / amber flasher down mid way about seat back height. I may do one or two small single led lights for the floor boards not real sure I will need them will wait and see there may be enough cast off light from the front light bar above me.

    That side lighting can be a bitch sometimes. Getting it in the right spots where it doesn't cast a shadow can sometimes be a chore. I have a magnetic mount 12v light with a long cord. I use it as a worklight on my truck or as an additional light for different things. But it would be handy to use to locate where you want to add your hard mount lights.

    LOL, 2 beers per 1/2 acre, I always wondered what the formula for that was. I think I need rack made to hold a cooler. You gave me an idea. Thanks

    I take no responsibility if you get a DWM ticket lol Drunk while mowing :} The Kubota has two sets of holes predrilled in the roll bar for stuff so going to use those. The lower set a swing away tool box mount, swing away so If I have to look down at the 3 pt while adjusting pull a pin swing it back do what I have to do and swing it back probably be a light under it too if I am hooking up something. The upper set of holes will hold the brackets and cross bar for the light bar, led front bar , 2 led floods aimed behind me and 2 6 inch flasher white / amber. The first SOB that says he can't see me when it is all done is going to get his stones fed to the chipper ! lol

    Never trust lights.
    When I was doing towing and recovery I have come () this close to dying a few times. With all the lights flashing and still Deer in headlight looks. Rubber neckers etc. almost better off being dark with a little reflective tape. Can't fix stupid...

    When I was doing Towing and recovery they told us don't use the lights because it was a drunk magnet.
    Funny. When I did get run over by a drunk, it was daylight and I still didn't have the lights running. He hit the back of the flatbed, ran all the way up it, peeled his roof off, and still got me.

    When I'm on the big yellow machines I'm not worried if they see me nor do I usually care if I see them. I just want to see what I'm doing. I have a habit of telling people do not walk behind the machine when it's running, don't drive a vehicle up to my machine and park and, when I do have someone working in close proximity, keep your d*** beaters (and anyother body parts) clear because I don't carry a sewing needle and thread to sew that back on.

    AMEN to that

    Even with blue and red light flashing with your ambers the IDIOTS would still try to "SEE" what was going on.....

    My face gets :D when a "Duty officer" slaps his night stick across a hood or a side mirror with a "watcher" and then they spout off....I call that "Braclets for dinner" :fistbump::fistbump:

    You see these trucks with strobes etc. I only used the recovery floods so I could see what I was doings and one old style rotator. I kept everything else off.

    I do understand the moth to a flame effect the lights have and yes even the red and blues lol hell as a puppy handler my vehicle is marked keep back , k-9 can not tell you how many times people see the window down and want to walk up and when the dog snaps out they are all shocked and whine ... " I am not a bad person why is he barking at me" or the times on a search with me geared up a back up geared up the puppy geared up people want to ask "what kind of dog is that? " or when walking back and done " can I pet him ?" lol Ohh if I was not in uniform and would not get in trouble the remarks I could make lol.

    A buddy of my Dads on a mid size john deere with a yellow flasher on it was broadsided by a woman who swore she did not see him with the snow blower on the front and weight box on the back he was the same size as a full size truck with a small trailer attached .. He got hurt pretty bad but because he was lit yeah her insurance was not happy when they got the medical. lost wages, new tractor and assorted other bills lol . @Tacoma Mike not sure how they are down your end of the state but up in the north east end if your on heavy equipment and it is not lit no matter what you will have a hell of a time if there is an accident.
