No. This demonstrates a failure to understand the basic optics of the products you are selling. HIDs should never be run in a halogen reflector.

Again, no. You cannot "adjust" scatter caused by using the wrong light source in a halogen reflector like the fogs.

Because no one seems to be able to actually understand this, the 55w HID ballasts will draw greater than 10 amps at startup for a small fraction of a second before leveling off at a lower level once ignited. The Tacoma headlight circuit is rated at 10 amps. So if you are running a 55w kit on stock wiring you are going to exceed the circuit rating for a fraction of a second. Chances are the fuse will not blow, but it might over time, hence the harness recommendation. If you are going with a 35w kit, you are not in danger of exceeding the 10amp fuse.

No. Bad point. Again HIDs should never be run in a halogen reflector for street use. Morimoto full fog replacements are the correct option to maintain a cut off horizon for street use without blinding oncoming drivers.

Yes you correct but if my customers want to run them in reflectors that is up to them, thats why i gave the info on the fog HIDs and let people decide for themselves. I cant force people to retrofit or get fog replacements.

Heated seats are becoming more and more of a priority...
Front cam would be nice to hook up...
Trailer cam needs done...
Installing the shapeways blank I bought to do the nav anytime mod and front cam would be nice...
Wiring up 5 additional factory buttons really should be a priority...
Need to rip apart the dash to install new panel for 5 factory switches needs done...
The bluetooth mirroring I bought to use google maps instead of factory nav also would be nice...
Need to do the Lexus key card still...
Bed lights need done as well...
...etc...

I'm just gonna wait for the lights patiently I think.

Does anyone have a link on how to install these kits, im a little lost when I have to two different connectors that plug to the bulb. Do I have to plug the 2 pig tales into anything?

Received my kit today! Now just need to find some time to install.

The female plugs go into your ballasts and the male plug where the connector has to be attached by you goes into your factory wiring that used to plug into your factory bulb

 

For the part that I labeled ???, I could just get rid of that wire right.

 

yes, get rid of it. This link should help. Just bypass the relay harness if you're not using one.
