so, my knowledgeable Tacoma men...I was excited about lifting my truck and gathering info about different options from you guys...only to realize, if I lift my truck, it won't fit in my garage! so...I won't be lifting it...however I'm going to level it..you know, raise the front end. what's the best way to do that?:annoyed::der::santa::wave::humble:

5100's up front and I think for your year at .85 unless you have the updated TSB Rear Leafs than 1.75 up front

How tall is your entry way to ground? @Unchained 5150 nailed it, a gentle to moderate lift you should be fine.

Lifting the truck can cause issues for some underground parking and parking structures. I can no longer fit in two of the normal places I would park.

Assumed we were talking about a garage on property; an attached garage. But I see your point..if I run downtown I get a bit nervous when my antenna grazes the roofs..ayyyy!

too short..and I have a luggage rack on my truck...the inside of the garage is plenty high enough, it's the door that I have to drive through to get into the garage
    is what's too short

Yeah, I figured it was the actual door frame.

If you removed the luggage rack on your truck could you get it in that way? If so, I would. I would sacrifice the rack for a lift but especially for the ability to park inside a warm garage (particularly in your neck of the woods).

Do you know why you want to remove something engineered for a purpose?

Or is it just for looks?

Keep in mind taller tires give 'real' lift. As in ground clearance. So your garage issue is something to consider if you are considering bigger rubber.

6inch lift sitting on bilstein coilovers. Lexus is300 studs in front to keep stock wheels, general grabber red letters, nfab front bumper.
My 6 inch lifted taco will fit in the garage. I have to let some air out of the tires but it will fit
