Nick, how you handle parking garages like downtown or the airport? You graze at all?

If you have the type of door that lifts, replace it with the kind that rolls up. That should solve your problem.

Why not put luggage in bed? "OR" get a rack for you bed that will be lower. That way you can have both rack and lift...

Edit: of course that all costs more money which I don't have...

At that point just cut the studs and reframe the front for a new door. And op thought this was going to be a easy simple lift. Lol

Not sure if it has been said, didn't read all responses, but plenty of moderate lift options (up to 3") with 5100s and different OME coils.

6inch lift sitting on bilstein coilovers. Lexus is300 studs in front to keep stock wheels, general grabber red letters, nfab front bumper.
I avoid them. The last time we took the truck to the museum I had to take my antenna off, the snorkel inlet and let air out of all 4 tires. Now I take the Altima when a parking garage is required.

Damn man. About anywhere I go requires some sort of parking structure/overhead frame to enter.

Thanks for the insight. Nice lift!

I fucking love it too. That Dino exhibit is tits!!!! But the taco stays at home for the museum district, med center, airport parking garage, ( I don't leave the taco in the eco park, I use my sisters car and let her use the truck) gotta be careful in some places in Galveston as well.

DUDE!! That Dino exhibit is AWESOME!! Went through with the kids as a chaperone and damn I was impressed. Did you know the Houston Museum has the largest Dino collection in the US? And its not close, even NYC or LA. Yes. And most around the country are "fakes", you can tell by the joining of the bones. Drilled and tapped, real. Other methods, fake. Learned a lot during the 3 hour tour, I think the parents were more in awe than the kids. LOL.

When you go again, pay a small fee for a "tour guide", not sure what they call em. Worth every penny.
