Yup, just like the instructions said... i'd really like to hear from TG or CBI or any of the companies that advertise their frame plates being stich welded... I can't come up with a good reason to do so. And obviously it didn't turn out so good for me

don't they do that so you don't warp the frame from heat?

Yeah why I fully welded the set I did.

Sure but if you stich weld and alternate side and take your time you can still fully weld them. I did. But i also took all day..quite literally almost a full day. Turned out great

The stiching is actually to not warp the plate... the plate wants to warp right away, frame is ok. But yes my new setup, I'm welding 360* for sure

I ditched my stock LSPV and went with the front range kit. It came with short lines to adapt the metric to standard fittings. Assuming you have a brake line flaring tool, that's certainly a cheaper way to go.

Regardless the manual valve is much better than the LSPV.

Agree with the other penguin. If I were to do it over again with my first gen, I would have got the FROR kit. I had a willwood proportioning valve but had to get real creative with adapters.

Because the thread pitch is correct but the fitting is not.

    But what do I know.

After I stiched welded my plates on, I ran a bead of silicone inbetween the welds to seal up the plate just like caulking up a crack. The silicone been holding up fine.
