    USPS would not be that insane. Not would UPS if you know someone who has an account. UPS charges by size of box more than they do weight.

    I shipped a 85lb box that was 1x2 box. It was 40.00 and change. I got quoted at 533.00 to ship a 19lb bicycle in a cardboard bike box.
