    Oh yeah definitely. I know it would be hard to prove it but I think some things should be looked into. It wouldn't take long for somebody to figure how where a person is filming especially if he's hitting the same roads over and over. Maybe that's what I would do if I was in law enforcement. Don't use the video for a ticket but use his videos for a reference of where he usually does this crap and nail him in the act.
