Purchased a 2016 SR5 Double Cab 4x4 on Friday. Traded a 2011 F-150 I bought in June. Feels good to be back with Toyota.

I couldn't agree more. But for the record, I still had a Sienna and Camry. I'm deep into Toyota. Never was comfortable with the Ford.

LOL, I will admit the F150 is a nice looking truck, but I just can’t get past the lack of resale like the Tacoma

Yup. I was debating on the 285/75/17s but they're a lot heavier for not much more size. I'll just run these until they wear out and in the mean time prep the truck for 35s next.

Just figured I'd post a couple pics. Mostly small changes, but making it my own. Future changes, after much research, might include a roof top tent (on top of the diamondback with rails added), slight lift, and some non-stock tires. We'll see. Modding this thing is so much fun.

    Mods so far:
    Interior LED swap
    Hardwired Dash Cam/Extra USB
    Black "Tacoma" lettering on tailgate
    Blackened Badges
    Nerf Bars
    Mud Guards
    Rear Diff. Breather Mod
    Plasti-dipped Grille
    Glovebox Vinyl
    LED Bed Lights
LED soft glow flooring accent lights
Custom switches (Accent, Bed, and future front light bar)
    Diamondback Tonneau Cover
    3rd Bed Rail
    Sill Protectors w/ Vinyl
    Tweeter Upgrades

This 'should' help some with the next cow that crosses my path.
Front will get Bilstein 5100 and OME 885 to hopefully level out the rear 5100 and Ride-Rites.
Wasn't looking for a lift just some carry capacity and self preservation. The supposed lack of a 2018+ standard transmission seems like we crossed a point of no return.
