Lemon laws provide welcomed protections for consumers and accountability for manufacturers. In this instance, I don’t think the vehicle qualifies for recovery under lemon laws considering the issues were resolved through recalls and replacement parts. Unresolved rattles are nothing more than a nuisance that may seem like an inconvenience to some, but could go unnoticed by others.

    Fixed with the OVTune...

I have a 16 6MT on 35's and fully armored. With the OVTune, it pulls like the day it came off the lot. Love the unlocked low end torque.

I would have done the same thing... maybe not gone to a Tundra but I would certainly ditch a brand new vehicle that has proven to be consistently unreliable. We all need our vehicles to be reliable but trucks especially are designed to be tough and reliable, and to take more abuse and heavy use than regular passenger cars. Sorry to hear the story but as they say "--it happens" Enjoy your new ride.

I got that. I just felt compelled to address the "not resolved" comments.

Perhaps my responses were over your head, dude.

It rides very nice, is roomy inside and has plenty of power. While still a shortbed, it is a considerably deeper bed. Good entune tech package, although the Tacoma has a bit more features. The platform is proven and reliable. Just consider the mileage
