What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Sadly mine is still fogging up ... though slower than last time so at least it seems like the silicone I added just to the top patched a few of the gaps. I'm going to remove the headlight over the Thanksgiving break and run a bead around the entire thing. If that doesn't fix it I'm going to go 100% ballistic.

i just replaced mine not to long ago due to fogging and hazing before i installed the new ones i did silicone around the whole seam and let it dry up over night and installed them and i have not had an issue

 

I so wish these wheels were available in a 16". Or maybe I'll just need to upgrade to 17's when my Coopers wear out, which will be a while.

Getting rock sliders welded on and going to finish sound deadening the headliner.

If that doesn't fix the issue I would suggest getting some butyl and opening the headlight up and running a line of the butyl tape around the headlight to seal them properly.

 

The weight back there also makes the rear end bounce and sag more. It was just a thought to let you have space in the bed and keep the tailgate too.

 

I was thinking that was Central Ave in Colonie, no?

 

but gives a better weight distribution and only bounces more if you have improper shocks.

 

Congrats, I love mine. Looks like they updated the side panels, should make it easier to mount accessories than my older style.

 

Added factory roof rack and light bar in lower grille.
