team no sleep after some very intense knee pain kept me from being mobile after work and through the night. had to soak a while this morning. doing everything but still gotta be on it all day long.. i want to be in my shop after work every night busting my ass to make stuff for holiday but been very physically discomforting as of late.
as i push through an cry like baby wish me luck!

 

So I have pretty bad joint pain because I have arthritis and sometimes I will buy the Icy Hot patches and use those. It seems to help best when worn over night so I can sleep. Usually wrap myself up and take like 2 Aleve about an hour before bed.

I also have some prescription anti-inflammatory pills(dicloflenac)as well so if you have this issue frequently it's worth the 20-30 minute conversation with your doctor to see about get them. I actually prefer the dicloflenac to the stronger meds they gave me to target my arthritis because they don't make me throw up for days.

Been to a doctor? My left has been bothering me for a couple, have an MRI tomorrow, and probably a scope in December. Get yoself fixed!

nahh i usually hear what i dont want to. i had my right knee done and had alot of issues past couple years and better now, but my left knee was supposed to be done as well but didnt. the cold really fucks with my prev injuries, i big part in moving to texas. i wish you well with your knee!

 

thank ya dear. ill figure something out eventually its been years, my left was my strong knee but putting up with taking the weight while my right knee recovered did alittle more. plus im standing on it literally all day an night every day suree doesnt help

 

All is well. Deck is done, now it's almost ready for paint. Next project is trees. Removing all the ones I've cut down already, and moving on to clear the rest of the lot of Cedar trees. Need to fix my winch first though, damn thing doesn't wanna free spool.
